An interview with V.N. Ushkalov, the partner of the advocate bureau Pleshakov, Ushkalov and Partners is published in the 24th (617th) issue of Delovaya Moskva, the weekly newspaper meant for small business, of July 16-22, 2007. 

The interview was published under the next headline: Arbitration Proceedings Are Not the Deadliest Thing… In this interview Mr. Ushkalov gives recommendations to heads of Russian companies for the cases “when tax inspectorate comes to them”.
