Mr. Denisov has been working in the Advocate Bureau «Pleshakov, Ushkalov and Partners» since 2008. 

In 2008 he graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University the Law faculty; his discipline was legal science; he specializes in the field of commercial law. His graduation work was on legal governing of agricultural product circulation. 

Mr. Denisov specializes in legal support of real estate transactions, taxation consulting, protection of rights to objects of intellectual property.

Mr. Denisov speaks German. 

Mr. Denisov participated in such important projects as: 

• Judicial protection of rights of lessees leasing forest sites that did not re-execute lease contracts before January 01, 2009, under the Federal Law On Enactment of Forestry Code of the Russian Federation; 

• Extrajudicial foreclosure of pledged real estate; 

• Judicial appealing of the results of auctions providing a right to conclude lease contract (for lease of realty), held with breach of requirements of the Federal Law On Competition; 

• Legal support of a foreign printed edition, including gaining of permit for distribution of periodical printed editions in Russia, consulting on tax and copyright law, preparation of contracts providing purchase and use of right to intellectual property rights; 

• Representation of Russian printed edition in a case concerning infringement of rights to an artwork; 

• Appealing of the tax body’s decision concerning bringing of company to liability for a tax offence.
