Ms. Madzhar has been working in the Advocate Bureau «Pleshakov, Ushkalov and Partners» since 2007. She began her work as an assistant lawyer. 
Ms. Madzhar graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University the Law faculty in 2007; her discipline was legal science; she specialized in the field of civil law. Her graduation work was on civil legal liability in the modern Russian civil law. 
She specializes in representation of parties in general courts and arbitration courts at any stage of the judicial proceedings, in civil, family, housing cases, bankruptcy cases, customs disputes, pre-trial settlements of civil disputes. 
Ms. Madzhar speaks English and German. 

She participated in such important projects as: 
• Protection against claims from Federal Customs Services to ASMAP concerning collection of customs payments (a series of 255 cases);
• Annulment of decisions made by the Federal Customs Service concerning uncontested recovery of funds from ASMAP; 
• Representation of Client in general courts in cases concerning protection of honor, dignity, business reputation and other non-property rights; 
• Representation of Client in general courts in cases concerning dissolution of marriage and division of property; 
• Representation of Client in general court in cases concerning invalidity of testament and portioning of inheritance; 
• Representation of Client in arbitration courts in disputes originating out of contractor agreements.
